A little about me
I am a self-taught artist in New Zealand specialising in realistic pet portraits and wildlife drawings.
I take great pride in my works and look forward to sharing them in another gallery exhibition in the near future.

My preferred canvas and media
I use only premium quality materials in my works to ensure they remain vibrance for decades to come!
Lightfast Pencils
Lightfast pensils are specially designed to retain their bright, vivid calours accurately over several decades and will not fade or lose contrast like other regular pencils.
Archival Paper
Archival art paper is acid-free, lignin-free, and pH balanced, ensuring that it resists yellowing, fading, and deterioration over time.
It's also made from natural fibers like cotton, which provide strength and stability.
Natural Lighting
I perform most of my art with a good helping of natural light. When mother nature's dimmed the sky I have an array of lights keeping my studio around 3600-3800K which prevents the slightly yellow colour that many 'neutral' lights provide.
Quality Tools
In addition to the canvas and media, I ensure the other tools of the trade I use are of a high quality so that I can ensure a premium result for every piece I complete

Get your own in 4 Easy Steps
I'd love to draw for you - here's what's involved...
1. Select a photo📸
A nice high-quality photo of the subject in the preferred pose is ideal. If the pose photo is not the greatest quality, provide additional images you have that show fine details or unique markings.
2. Choose a canvas size📐
My commissions are performed on archival-grade paper in sizes ranging from A6 (4.1 x 5.8 inches) up to A3 (11.7 inches by 16.5). Custom sizes available just get in touch to discuss
3. Customise the finer details🖼️
Here is where we fine-tune your commission. You choose whether you want head-only, full body or maybe just the upper body. You can also choose a background if you want one.
4. Sit back and relax🏖️
Once your commission request is approved, it will be scheduled in and I'll ge to work. You can request progress updates or leave it to be a surprise at the end. Either way, I know you'll love it!
